Twenty-five years of work culminate in cutting edge whitening system. Manhattan dentist claims Pearlinbrite is more effective and precise than other options. Manhattan dentist claims Pearlinbrite is more effective and precise than other options.

New York, NY (PRWEB) October 20, 2008 -- Dr. Jan Linhart has spent the last 25 years developing Pearlinbrite, a unique in-office laser whitening system. Pearlinbrite is now available in the dentist's Manhattan offices, and Dr. Linhart claims it is much more effective and precise than over-the-counter alternatives.

"Pearlinbrite has distinct advantages when compared to over-the-counter strips," states Dr. Linhart, who is widely considered to be one of the nation's top dentists. "For example, with Pearlinbrite we can target particular teeth." Over-the-counter strips allow for little, if any, customizability. In contrast, Pearlinbrite gel is applied to each tooth individually. Because of this, Dr. Linhart reports he is able to work around a patient's existing cosmetic dentistry without compromising the effectiveness of the treatment on adjacent teeth. He also extols the precision of his new laser whitening system, claiming that it is safer than many other options. Dr. Linhart explains, "Because Pearlinbrite is so precise, we are able to minimize exposure to the gums and avoid issues of gum tissue sensitivity, which can be a problem with other treatments."

While the results of the treatment can vary, depending on the condition of each patient's teeth, Dr. Linhart reports that one can expect a 9-10 color shade improvement after a single visit. The Pearlinbrite procedure takes approximately two hours, accomplishing in this short time span something he says the typical over-the-counter product cannot hope to match with weeks, or even months of use. "With Pearlinbrite, the results are immediate and quite dramatic," says Dr. Linhart. "We are proud to offer the treatment."

Like other laser whitening treatments, Pearlinbrite uses a laser to activate peroxides in the gel that is applied to the teeth, exciting oxygen to "attack" stains. Unlike other treatments, however, Pearlinbrite uses not one, but two lasers. This, combined with multiple carefully formulated laser-specific gels, increases the procedure's effectiveness, according to Dr. Linhart.

Pearlinbrite has, thus far, been attributed a nearly 100% success rate with regard to whitening.
