Los Angeles Back Pain Specialist Uncovers Alternatives To Back Surgery And Other Traditional Medical Treatments

LOS ANGELES, June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. Edward Martin, D.C. is the host of the new radio show in Los Angeles, "The Back Pain Show." This show airs every Saturday at 8 PM on KRLA (870 on AM Dial) and the main topic focuses on new treatments for back pain and neck pain.

Dr. Martin is the Director of the Herniated Disc & Back Pain Clinic in Woodland Hills, California and he answers questions from callers on his show on subjects like: sciatica, herniated disc, spinal stenosis, bulging disc, whiplash, scoliosis, pinched nerve, arthritis, spondylolisthesis and other conditions that cause back pain and neck pain.

He also tries to uncover the reasons why traditional medical treatments are not effective for treating most back and neck conditions. Furthermore, he says that he is tired of seeing so many patients suffer for many years while taking traditional treatments that only give temporary results.

"Most people don't realize that there are other effective treatments for back pain and neck pain," states Martin. This treatment consists of very specialized therapy equipment that corrects spinal abnormalities that are causing pain. "I have been using spinal decompression therapy for many years at my clinic," states Martin. "In addition, I have found that this type of treatment is very effective because it attempts to mechanically correct the underlying cause or abnormality that is causing spinal pain. On the other hand, traditional pain medications only temporarily cover up painful symptoms."
