Dr. David Williams Announces the Launch of a New Product--IFS Defense--for Help with Itchy Flaky Skin

Dr. David Williams announces the launch of a new product in his Mountain Home Nutrition line of supplements and natural health products.

Potomac, MD, (PRWEB) May 1, 2009 - Dr. David Williams announces the launch of a new product in his Mountain Home Nutrition line of supplements and natural health products. IFS Defense is an oral supplement targeted at relieving chronic skin problems, naturally.

By addressing the underlying cause of dry, itchy skin, Dr. Williams has been able to combine a highly bioavailable form of turmeric, which promotes a normal inflammatory response, with a nutrient scientifically named XP-828L, a natural substance found in whey protein that modulates the immune response and reduces the occurrence of itchy skin.

"While topical creams are available, they don't provide constant relief because they fail to target the root cause, the immune system cells involved in your inflammatory response," said Dr. Williams. IFS Defense works so well, because it does address the immune system; and because it's an all-natural formula, it's safe to take for year-round relief."

Understanding the link between the immune system and skin led Dr. Williams to search for natural solutions and after reading the positive results from studies and trials with XP-828L, he decided to include 800mg of XP-828L--equal to the amount in the research--and 200mg of turmeric in his new formula, IFS Defense.

"Dry, itchy skin can be quite painful, but it can also be frustrating and physically embarrassing," continued Dr. Williams. "It's important for me to offer a natural, effective solution to those who suffer from flaky, itchy skin so that they can improve their health, as well as their outlook and overall quality of life."

About Dr. Williams
Dr. David Williams has spent over 25 years in the medical field and is a leading authority on natural healing. He is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University and Texas Chiropractic College.
