Dr. Constantine Frantzides Named One of America's Top Doctors

aparoscopic surgery, he is a charter member of the United States Laparoscopic Founders' Society.  His pioneering work in the field of minimally invasive surgery has earned him the credit for developing fourteen new laparoscopic procedures.  He has more than 200 publications in medical journals and is the recipient of multiple awards and honors by medical societies. He is also the recipient of a prestigious grant from the National Institute of Health.

Dr. Frantzides has authored a groundbreaking new textbook that teaches other surgeons how to perform minimally invasive surgery. The "Atlas of Minimally Invasive Surgery" includes a DVD of 30 live surgeries and more than 395 photos to teach surgeons proven techniques and procedures.  No other book has ever included a DVD with surgeries that were filmed live. The book is co-authored by Dr. Mark A. Carlson, also an expert in minimally invasive (laparoscopic) procedures.
