Dorland Health Announces the 5th Care Coordination Summit in Washington, D.C., on May 7-8

The 2013 Care Coordination Summit covers practical topics for professionals working in the field of managed care, acute care, the military, long-term care, behavioral health, rehabilitation, home care, or other settings through which consumer’s access healthcare.

The only event designed for all members of the care coordination team, the Care Coordination Summit provides participants with the insight, strategies and tactics to improve the performance of their organization so as to improve the quality of care while reducing costs.

The Dorland Health Care Coordination Summit begins on Tuesday, May 7, with sessions from 1:00-6:00 p.m. and comes to a conclusion on Wednesday, May 8, at 4:30 p.m. after a full second day of sessions. The Summit takes place at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, National Harbor, Md.
