Domain Registration Corp. Announces Name Change to 'BioPharm Asia, Inc.'

SHENZHEN, China, July 21 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Domain Registration Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: DOMR), today announces that the Company has changed its name to "BioPharm Asia, Inc." effective July 17, 2009. A corresponding ticker change will take place in the next three to four weeks in accordance with FINRA policy.

The name change to BioPharm Asia, Inc. will be reflected in SEC filings and all future corporate communications with the investor community, including press releases and the Company's new and evolving website: http://www.biopharmasiainc.com .
