Dollar Loan Center Partners With Eye Care 4 Kids
Date:7/10/2013

Las Vegas, Nevada (PRWEB) July 10, 2013

In Dollar Loan Center’s constant quest to give back to the community, they have partnered with the non-profit organization, Eye Care 4 Kids, in order to offer free eye care for children whose families cannot afford it.

Dollar Loan Center stores in the Las Vegas and Salt Lake City area will be giving out vouchers to customers in need. With this voucher, the child will receive a free eye exam and a free pair of eye glasses. This partnership is just one amongst many that Dollar Loan Center is involved with to help those in need.

Since being founded in 2001, Eye Care 4 Kids has assisted around 50,000 low income children and adults receive eye care that they need, but could not afford. Children who qualify have the opportunity to receive full eye exams and glasses at no cost. It is estimated that one in four children in the Clark County School District have vision impairment and many are unable to afford the care that they need. Eye Care 4 Kids opened its first Las Vegas campus on December 1, 2012.

Dollar Loan Center CEO Chuck Brennan was more than willing to partner with Eye Care 4 Kids, donating $20,000 to help them achieve their goal of ensuring that every child who needs eye care receives it. “As a gift to our loyal Dollar Loan Center customers, it is our pleasure to help their families,” CEO Chuck Brennan said.

Along with this partnership, Brennan has given hundreds of thousands of dollars to community organizations including Opportunity Village, Henderson Little League and the Brennan Rock & Roll Academy which he opened this past March. The Brennan Rock & Roll Academy serves hundreds of children in the Boys & Girls Club of the Sioux Empire and provides them with the opportunity to learn how to play instruments, about vocals and about the band environment.

Dollar Loan Center operates nearly 100 stores in Nevada, California, Utah and South Dakota. For the past two years, the company was named a “Best Place to Work” in Southern Nevada by Vegas Inc. magazine. For more information, call 866-550-4352 or visit http://www.dontbebroke.com.
