Doctor Diabetic Supply Helps Diabetics to Receive Their Testing Supplies as Medicare's Competitive Bidding Program Starts

MIAMI, July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Doctor Diabetic Supply, Inc., one of the nation's leading distributors of diabetic testing supplies, announced today that it is helping diabetics to continue to receive their testing supplies under the new rules of Medicare's competitive bidding program, effective today.

The program offers beneficiaries in the designated competitive bidding areas (CBAs) access to quality products with lower out-of-pocket costs. Doctor Diabetic Supply was selected by The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to provide mail-order diabetic testing supplies to beneficiaries in all 10 CBAs included in the first round of the program.
