DocVerify and Wufoo Release First One Click Electronic Signature Web Form Add-On
Date:5/7/2013

Irvine, CA (PRWEB) May 07, 2013

The recent partnership between major global web form service, Wufoo, and market leader in digital document and electronic signatures, DocVerify, has created a one click electronic-signature document web form service. DocVerify’s proprietary Easy Sign system is now available as an add-on via Wufoo’s infamous drag-and-drop customizable web form creation tool.

Businesses of all kinds all over the world are adopting the revolutionary system en masse. Reports of increased sales are already flooding through as the friction to sale conversion usually created by hardcopy contracts, agreements or other documents needing to be signed manually has now been entirely removed from the equation.

The Easy Sign add-on is allowing companies to create one-click-sign service agreements, landlord tenancy and rental contracts, non-disclosure agreement forms and much more directly from Wufoo.

How the Easy Sign System Works

1. The Wufoo user creates the custom web form, and simply integrates DocVerify’s Easy Sign system via the Wufoo Webhook interface.

2. The user copy and pastes the code snippet from Wufoo onto their website to implement the form.

3. The potential customer or client clicks on the form, fills in the fields, and then signs it with one click directly from Wufoo.

4. DocVerify’s patent-pending VeriVault™ verification system processes and stores information securely for later reference

Furthermore, DocVerify is allowing users to send the information straight to their own servers for further safe storage.

WebHook System Process Tracking

Another reason DocVerify is a market leader in digitally and electronically signed documents is its Webhook system, and this add-on can be quickly integrated into any existing site or application. Users are notified in real-time during the signatory process from different stages including viewed and signed. This feature allows businesses to keep track of documents and where they currently are in the signing workflow.

A Quote from DocVerify Director, Keith Bradley

“We knew great things would come from our partnership with Wufoo and we’re proud of this recent development. More exciting things are in the pipeline as we continue to move things towards a real paperless office.”

Wufoo Company Background:

Wufoo was founded to help people easily implement online forms, making them accessible and, with the recent DocVerify partnership, extremely secure. Wufoo, which is owned by SurveyMonkey, was the first to create an intuitive interface for designing fully custom online forms. It allows users to easily select different colors, fields and fonts, all using a drag-and-drop before simply copy-and-pasting a short code snippet to the target website.

The company has more than 200 employees throughout the United States and Portugal, with headquarters in Palo Alto, CA.

DocVerify Company Background
DocVerify was created to remove one of the final sticking points hindering the realization of the paperless office and create easy, quick and reliable electronically signed documentation and secure digital contract storage. With full, HIPAA, ISO, HITECH, UCC and SOX regulation compliance, several already-successful systems and now a partnership with Wufoo, the company is growing rapidly.

Notes for Editors
Darcy Mayer is available for interviews on the subject of DocVerify’s new easy signature service in addition to commentary on the transition from paper documents to fully digitized service.
