DocASAP and Prevea Health to Co-Present at AMGA’s 2018 Institute for Quality Leadership

Dr. Ashok Rai, CEO and President of Prevea Health and Jordan Pisarcik, Vice President, Account Management at DocASAP, will host a session titled “Patient-centric Care: Closing Care Gaps through Technology, Transparency, and the Payer-Provider Nexus”

Hosted by American Medical Group Association (AMGA), the 2018 Institute for Quality Leadership (IQL18) focuses on strategies for succeeding in risk-based payment models, including Medicare Advantage, and delivers the resources and relationships for helping manage risk. The conference provides general sessions and peer-to-peer breakout sessions for healthcare executives covering topics including managing high-risk patients, engaging providers, leveraging data and technology, and aligning payer contracts.

Leaders in enterprise patient access and engagement solutions, DocASAP and Prevea Health will co-present on “Patient-centric Care: Closing Gaps in Care through Technology and the Payor-Provider Nexus.” Dr. Ashok Rai, CEO & President of Prevea Health and Jordan Pisarcik, Vice President, Account Management at DocASAP, will discuss how Prevea employed an online appointment scheduling and patient access solution, enabling them to intelligently match patients with available providers to better manage population health in regional Wisconsin markets. They will discuss how this has helped increase patient volume, improve access to care, impact appointment bookings via payer channels, and close gaps in care.

Dr. Ashok Rai is the CEO & President of Prevea Health, a multi-specialty clinic offering primary and specialized healthcare to patients throughout Northeast Wisconsin and in Western Wisconsin in the Chippewa Valley. Dr. Rai’s passion for redesigning healthcare led Prevea to embrace the Patient-Centered Medical Home model and bring patient-centric care into the community and workplace. Dr. Rai’s leadership in developing population health strategy innovations using data to address gaps in care has been nationally recognized in the Journal of Population Health.
