Dmatek Changes its Name to Attenti

TEL AVIV, Israel, March 9, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Attenti ("The Company"), launches today as one of the largest and fastest growing providers of remote people monitoring solutions globally.

Attenti, formerly known as Dmatek, provides the technology to monitor over 50,000 individuals daily around the globe, in the judicial and elderly care sectors, having grown at an average of more than 25% per year since 2003.

The legal structure of the company and its subsidiaries will not be affected by this name change.
