Maynard is responsible for the development and national expansion of Diplomat's disease management programs, focusing initially on chronic kidney disease, dialysis, and renal transplant. Diplomat's disease management programs, through direct patient contact and coordination with physicians, improve access, tolerance, and compliance to appropriate medication therapy resulting in improved patient outcomes.
