Dikembe Mutombo Foundation to Partner with Fulbright Academy on 2016 Global Health Summit in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo

perspective on the conference itself. “The Fulbright Academy Summit on Global Health will bring together a set of multi-disciplinary specialists and advisers who are changing the face of health and health care in communities around the world. Participants, who will include renowned health professionals from across the globe, will discuss the drivers of human health and health care, such as public policy, technology, environmental, nutrition, and sexual health,” he said.

The Summit is open to the public. Participation is not limited to current grantees or to alumni of the Fulbright Exchange Program. Anyone interested in the conference themes or who wishes to network with global Fulbrighters is welcome to register and participate.

The Fulbright Academy is an independent organization established by the global community of Fulbright scholars. The Academy creates opportunities for collaboration among alumni and their institutions, and its programs are a catalyst for progress in many fields.
