Company Adds New Service and Expands Headquarters to Meet Market Demand

Brentwood, NY (PRWEB) July 16, 2009 -- Digital Storage Solutions, Inc. today announced that it will change its name to Shoreline Records Management, Inc. In addition, the company is expanding its headquarters as it offers new services. The ownership, management and quality of service will remain unchanged.

The new name draws on the company's significant strength as a leader in electronic document management. Converting paper documents to an easily searchable and retrievable digital file format since 1993 - and as a result, boosting client workflow - the company is now also providing off-site records storage and management. This new service includes the storage, retrieval, delivery, indexing and secured destruction of hard copy, along with records management consulting.

"The name change is necessary as the company has evolved to meet market demand," says Tom Doyle, President of Shoreline Records Management, Inc. "With this new service we now manage our clients' physical records. This way they don't waste time organizing files, sorting through cartons and worrying about the security of their corporate information. Instead, they can focus on their core business."

In addition to the expanded Service offerings, Shoreline has boosted its online efforts through increased use of social media, including an updated blog , Twitter, and LinkedIn. Shoreline is also in the process of publishing a new book about records management, "Practical Records Management for the Busy Professional," which is scheduled to be released shortly. The book is designed to be a reference manual for today's business manager.
