Digital Info Security Company and DGF MedServ, Inc. Announce Intent to Partner in Marketing DGIF IT Solutions to Medical Industry

WESTMINSTER, Colo., Oct. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Digital Info Security Company (Pink Sheets: DGIF) and DGF MedServ, Inc. today announced their intent to enter into a strategic partnership for technology product marketing and sales of DGIF's solutions in the medical industry.

The partnership will allow DGIF to expand the reach of its IT services, as well as allow DGF MedServ to offer a more complete product suite to its customers and leverage DGIF's Singapore Data Center. DGIF will be able to increase sales of its IT solutions, notably its Magic KeyRing Security System(TM) encryption product, by serving hospitals and medical businesses worldwide.

DGF MedServ will be able to leverage DGIF's data centers in Westminster, Colorado and Singapore, as well as expand their product suite by offering HIPAA compliant email services and remote backup to new and existing customers. DGF MedServ has front-end solutions that are to be implemented at nine hospitals and 300 clinics in Dubai, and it has solutions in place in Athens, Bangkok, Jeddah, Karachi, London, New Delhi, Manila, Chicago and other domestic U.S. markets. This provides an established network through which DGIF's HIPAA compliant products can be promoted.

This strategic partnership comes at a fitting time for DGIF, which in June announced plans to open an Asia-Pacific headquarters in Singapore. The new office and Data Center will support new customers gained through the partnership.
