Diet Doc Medically Supervised Weight Loss Plans Advances Diet Foods with New Line of Healthy Snacks
Date:7/26/2013

San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) July 26, 2013

The nutritionists at Diet Doc have developed a new line of low carbohydrate, low fat healthy snacks that offer weary dieters a break from bland, boring diet foods. Including an array of flavored snack bars, protein shakes, and even brownies, these low calorie and healthy snacks can be used alone or as nutritive supplements during a medically supervised diet from Diet Doc.

The largest obstacle to fast weight loss is between-meal snacking. Diet Doc's medically supervised diet plans actually encourage snacking, if in fact dieters are consuming nutritionally balanced and rich snacks that will aid fast weight loss. Most think that popular diet snacks such as diet soda can help them lose weight fast; yet these treats can actually be a major cause of weight gain. Due to their high levels of artificial sweeteners, diet sodas and other foods labeled as “diet friendly,” diet foods may actually lead consumers to crave sweets more, leading to unhealthy snacking and ultimately cheating on the diet. However, if blood sugar levels are balanced and snack foods are not overly sweet, dieters experience no sugar cravings, and will actually benefit from between-meal healthy snacks, when consumed in proper portions.

With this in mind, Diet Doc developed new healthy snacks intended to promote the type of fast weight loss that their medically supervised diet plans are known for. These healthy snacks will not cause an imbalance in blood sugar levels or lead to cheating, because they are nutritionally balanced, leaving patients feeling fuller longer and not craving sweets. Diet Doc outlines the importance of between-meal snacks to maintain satiety and ensure metabolic balance between meals. Each entity of diet food is properly portioned for optimal effectiveness during a medically supervised diet plan.
