Diane Adams Joins Allscripts as Executive Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Adams serves, along with Mr. Tullman, on the International Board of Directors of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and has served for the past seven years on the JDRF Board of Directors for the Triangle/Eastern North Carolina chapter. She has held several key leadership positions including Major Donor Committee Chair, JDRF Gala Chair, and Chair of the Walk to Cure Diabetes. In July, 2008, she received an "Award of Excellence" from JDRF for her leadership with the Major Donor program. This year, she is the recipient of the "Ruthie Award," the Chapter's highest volunteer leadership award.

Ms. Adams received the "2003 Women in Leadership" award for making an impact in business and the community within the Research Triangle Park area. She currently serves on the North Carolina Board of Directors of "Communities in Schools," the nation's leading community-based organization helping kids succeed in school and prepare for life. She recently served on the UNC Board of Visitors.

Ms. Adams holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She will work out of the Company's growing Raleigh, North Carolina campus and report directly to Mr. Tullman.
