DiaLog Signs Agreement with DeliverMed to Improve Diabetic Patient Management
Date:7/29/2008

WILMINGTON, N.C., July 29 /PRNewswire/ -- DiaLog, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Inclinix, Inc., signed a joint agreement with DeliverMed Holdings, LLC, an Illinois-based, diabetes specialty home delivery pharmacy. DiaLog's featured product, the DiaLog System, promotes compliance and adherence to blood glucose testing to help diabetic patients and their physicians better manage their disease. DeliverMed complements the DiaLog System as a leading delivery supplier of prescription medications and glucose testing supplies across the U.S.

The DiaLog System and DeliverMed's services will give physicians the single source for glucose monitoring results and prescription fulfillment information to measure patient compliance and progress. Use of the DiaLog System by DeliverMed's patients will result in enhanced compliance to prescribed therapies, improved patient outcomes and related cost savings.

The CDC recently reported nearly 24 million people in the U.S. suffer from diabetes, an increase of more than three million in two years. With this rapidly growing prevalence, it is critical to the U.S. health system to provide effective tools to better manage the disease. The DiaLog System and DeliverMed's home delivery service will provide patients a "one source" for glucose monitoring, prescription fulfillment and patient education.

Jeff Bagshaw, President of DiaLog and Senior VP of Inclinix stated, "DiaLog is a powerful, convenient system for patients and physicians to improve the quality of life for diabetic patients. The addition of DeliverMed to the DiaLog system will allow us to provide easily accessible prescription drugs and supplies to diabetics."
