ntly, Ms. Rozman has provided consultative services to the Department of Defense and a national health system in the Middle East.

According to Dr. Jensen, "Ms. Rozman has a superior strategic aptitude and is a visionary with a clear sense of purpose and urgency." In addition to her work experience, she holds several degrees: a Master of Education in Human Services Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst; a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education from Columbus University; an Associate of Science in Nursing from Columbus University; and a Quality Manager Certificate from George Washington University's School of Continuing Engineering Education and Applied Sciences.

Delmarva Foundation is a national, not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving healthcare quality in over 30 states. Since 1973, Delmarva has assisted in enhancing care in hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies, medical practices and health plans. Delmarva conducts work ranging from quality improvement, quality assurance, utilization review to external quality review.
