EASTON, Md., Nov. 29 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Delmarva Foundation for Medical Care announced recently that Joy Hogan Rozman, R.N., M.Ed., will serve as the company's new Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, Ms. Rozman has provided consultative services to the Department of Defense and a national health system in the Middle East.

According to Dr. Jensen, "Ms. Rozman has a superior strategic aptitude and is a visionary with a clear sense of purpose and urgency."
