DePuy Pinnacle Lawsuit News: Bernstein Liebhard LLP Notes New Order in Federal Pinnacle Litigation Requiring Production of Monitoring Reports from Federal Investigation
Date:5/22/2013

New York, New York (PRWEB) May 22, 2013

DePuy Pinnacle lawsuit claims involving a metal-on-metal version of the DePuy Pinnacle Hip Replacement System continue to move forward in the multidistrict litigation underway in Texas Federal Court, Bernstein Liebhard LLP reports. According to an Order dated May 15th, the Court has directed DePuy Orthopaedics to produce monitoring reports associated with a 2007 criminal investigation by the federal government into the company’s medical device marketing practices. “We are pleased with this Order, as it will allow Plaintiffs access to important and relevant information,” says Bernstein Liebhard LLP, a nationwide law firm representing the victims of defective drugs and medical devices. Jeffrey S. Grand, a partner with Bernstein Liebhard LLP, serves on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee for the DePuy Pinnacle litigation. The Firm’s DePuy Pinnacle lawyers continue to offer free legal evaluations to individuals who suffered metallosis, early device failure, and other serious complications, allegedly due to the all-metal DePuy Pinnacle Hip Replacement System.
