New York, New York (PRWEB) August 07, 2013

Lawsuits filed in the wake of the 2010 DePuy ASR recall (http://www.depuy-asr-hip-recall.com/) continue to move forward in a Multicounty Litigation now underway in New Jersey’s Bergen County Superior Court, Bernstein Liebhard LLP reports. Among other things, the Order also stipulates that any motions for dismissal or summary judgment must be filed with the Court by September 17th. The Order sets a Pretrial Conference for October 8th, with the trial scheduled to get underway on October 21, 2013. (In Re DePuy ASR Hip Implants Litigation, BER-L-3971-11)

The Firm continues to offer free legal evaluations to anyone who suffered serious complications associated with the DePuy ASR recall.
