DePuy ASR Lawsuit News: Bernstein Liebhard LLP Reports Further Progress in New Jersey State DePuy ASR Recall Litigation

DePuy ASR lawsuit claims filed in the wake of the August 2010 DePuy ASR hip replacement recall continue to move forward in a Multicounty Litigation now underway in New Jersey Superior Court, Bergen County, Bernstein Liebhard LLP reports. According to court documents, Superior Court Judge Brian R. Martinotti convened a Case Management Conference on July 11th, at which time a number of issues, including discovery and bellwether trials, were discussed. Among other things, the parties have been directed to submit a proposed pretrial order for the litigation’s first trial, which is scheduled to begin on October 21, 2013.
