DePuy ASR hip lawsuits (http://www.depuy-asr-hip-recall.com/) continue to move forward in a MultiCounty Litigation underway in New Jersey’s Bergen County Superior Court, Bernstein Liebhard LLP reports. According to an Order dated August 13th, Superior Court Judge Brian R. Martinotti has rejected DePuy Orthopaedics’ motion to split the consolidated trial of two bellwether cases in the proceeding.
