DeFreitas Gives to Haiti Relief Efforts

Stanton DeFreitas, consultant and author/writer, has given to the Haitian relief efforts.

(PRWEB) June 2, 2010 -- Stanton DeFreitas, consultant and author/writer, has given to the Haitian relief efforts that commenced in January 2010 after the nation was devastated by an earthquake earlier this year. Mr. DeFreitas has made a donation to a reputable Canadian humanitarian organization that is active in providing relief to distressed people across the globe.

Mr. DeFreitas said that, "It is important to keep the spotlight on Haiti after the media coverage has dissipated as Haiti’s people are still suffering and rebuilding efforts will take place for many years to come. Although it has been a few months, I made a donation to a Canadian organization as I am a proud Canadian of Caribbean lineage that believes in the charitable work done by Canadian agencies and organizations.”
