Dayak Makes Hiring Even Easier, Unveils New Version Of Web Interface For Employers

- Fit rating: Mark candidates with fit ratings as they are reviewed so selecting the right candidates to interview or screen by phone is easy.
- Notes: Use the Notes feature to privately keep track of any additional information about the candidate or recruiter.

Job Management:
Dayak has made it easier than ever to quickly access and manage active jobs. Employers can:
- Filter and sort jobs by status, name, date posted and more.
- Quickly change job status, print, copy, or edit jobs with one click.
- Easily see which jobs might be expiring soon or have candidates who need to be reviewed.

OFCCP Compliance Module:
In order to support employers who must comply with the Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations, Dayak is now providing a fully functional compliance module. Once an employer turns this module on, Dayak ensures that recruiters and candidates supply required information and agree with all tracking and recordkeeping requirements.
