Dangers of High Blood Sugar Discussed in New Video by Health Nutrition News

High blood sugar levels have been reaching epidemic proportions in the United States and have been plaguing the very young as well as children. Health Nutrition News reports that if high blood sugar levels are not managed properly it can lead to even worse health problems such as diabetes. Diabetes then can lead to another level of health problems such as blindness, high blood pressure, and even death.

Health Nutrition News suggests several strategies for maintaining lower blood sugar levels. Many of these things are simple to apply such as exercise, changes in nutrition, and using specific nutrients that have been shown to help decrease insulin resistance and increase insulin sensitivity.
