Date:7/12/2013

Hilton Head Island, SC (PRWEB) July 12, 2013

Hilton Head Health (H3) has helped thousands of Guests lose weight by getting to the root of unhealthy habits. H3 is now taking their clinically proven weight loss program one step further by offering a comprehensive dance program, led by Camila Pacheco, a Brazilian dancer and dance instructor who trained in both Brazil and the U.S.

"Over the years, I have literally seen dance change lives. The program doesn't simply improve fitness levels -- it puts people who struggle with weight and exercise in touch with their bodies...often for the first time,” says Pacheco. H3 will offer at least one dance class per day under the direction of Pacheco and her team. Among the classes are Ballet, Hip Hop, Latin, Ballroom, Belly Dancing and many more exciting dance styles.

Pacheco began her illustrious career at a young age, and starred in a competitive dance company in her home town of Sao Paulo, Brazil. She went on to graduate from Unitri University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Minor in Dance. After moving to the U.S. in 2006, Camila followed her passion and continued her training as a dance instructor at studios in New York City and Charlotte, NC.

“H3’s dance program is designed for all fitness levels,” said Pacheco. “We have guests who were born in the 90s and those who are actually 90 years old participating in our classes.” Pacheco strives to create a comfortable atmosphere where everyone can try new types of exercise, regardless of their current state of fitness.
