DALLAS, Feb. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Four Dallas attorneys are among the who's who of asbestos litigators to assemble next month in Los Angeles to discuss emerging asbestos litigation trends and review what transpired in 2008.
Shepard Hoffman, Esq., Law Offices of Shepard A. Hoffman, LLC, Dallas, will be among a panel of litigators discussing new types of exposures while Jeffrey Simon, Esq., Simon Eddins & Greenstone and Robert Thackston of Hawkins, Parnell & Thackston, also from Dallas, will participate in a 2008 litigation review. Ray Harris of the Dallas firm Schachter Harris will participate in discussion about heavy machinery asbestos cases.
The event, March 9-11, is being produced by HB Litigation Conferences LLC, formerly Mealey's Conferences.

"Asbestos litigation has influenced and continues to influence all mass tort litigation that has followed it," said Tom Hagy, president of HB Litigation Conferences. "In this particular emerging asbestos litigation trends conference, attendees will have a clear sense of where we have been and the road asbestos litigation is about to go down."
That keynote speaker will be Erin Brokovi
