During this event, Dahryn explored the three levels of stress: severe stress, no stress, and a balanced life of stress, elaborating on the negative mental, emotional, psychological and physical impacts of life filled with chronic, severe stress and life without stress. If high levels of stress remain constant in a person’s life, then their mind and body is in a constant state of activation, and eventually causes the body’s biological systems to degenerate, causing fatigue, damage; psychological, mental and emotional strain; and a compromised immune system.
She came upon the conclusion that, though both can have detrimental effects in a human’s life, no stress causes greater damage to a person than severe stress, and compared it to pure oxygen (no stress) and polluted air (severe stress). Though both cause damage to the body, pure oxygen kills brain cells while polluted air damages the body slowly and less efficiently. Comparatively, a stress-free life inhibits wellness, prosperity and happiness to a much greater extent that an excess of stress. She explains that what people need is pure/unpolluted air, meaning a balance of stress in life: “What matters is our perception about the struggles in our lives. Stress is there to fortify our hearts and minds, to build our character, venture to unexplored places and to enable us to reach new levels never perceived before. Stress welcomes The Creator and Nature into our totality, and is essential for transformation: for greater people and a greater world.” Moderate levels of stress not only promotes compassion, responsibility, alertness, awareness, gratitude, appreciation for Nature’s gifts and the ability to recognize opportunities when they arise, but also strengthens an individual’s immune system, resulting in greater health and more energy. People have greater potential to transform and become happy.
The moment someone mentions stress, it triggers fear in people. A very small percentage of people know the importance of moderate levels of stress in their success, prosperity and happiness. That’s why more than 95% of “spiritual” people are unable to enjoy prosperity because their efforts are centralized on achieving a state of no stress through various healing modalities and techniques, like meditation and yoga. During this community call, people finally came to this realization and were able to identify the root cause of their slow growth and their inability to achieve happiness and prosperity. Their whole efforts and struggle is to be stress-free, which holds greater danger than the affects of severe stress.
