The Da Vinci robot lawyers at Wright & Schulte LLC continue to follow developments in the nation’s first trial involving a Da Vinci surgical robot lawsuit. The case, underway in Washington State Superior Court, was filed by the widow of a man who died several years after he suffered complications in a robot-assisted prostate removal, according to a report from Bloomberg News. The Da Vinci robotic surgery lawsuit alleges those complication’s hastened his death. (Estate of Fred E. Taylor v.
