Comprehensive Outsourcing Services Help Health Plan Improve Efficiency,

Reduce Administrative Costs and Focus on Business Growth

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., June 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DST Health Solutions today announced that Colorado Access has extended its agreement for business process outsourcing (BPO) services, including claims payment and front-end processing. This comprehensive BPO agreement provides Colorado Access with efficient administration of all lines of business, including their Medicare Advantage products.

"This allowed us to focus on strategy, and add two new lines of business."

DST Health Solutions provides Colorado Access with complete BPO services, including:

-- Mailroom and claims document intake

-- Claims adjudication, resolution and workflow support

-- Membership enrollment processing

-- File submission operations with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid

Services (CMS)

-- System configuration, including provider, contract and fee schedule

maintenance
