DRE Veterinary Unveils Line of Surgical and Exam Tables

The DRE VSE Series includes a variety of affordable, dependable surgery and exam tables, as well as a multipurpose transporter.

(Vocus) February 16, 2009 -- DRE Veterinary — a premier supplier of veterinary surgery equipment — recently unveiled the DRE VSE Series, a line of surgical and exam tables. All DRE VSE Series tables are economically-priced and come with a variety of features and capabilities needed by veterinarians and veterinary surgeons.

“DRE VSE Series tables are perfect for cost-conscious veterinarians who don’t want to forego features or dependability,” says Jim Evans, Division Manager of DRE Veterinary. “Each table in the DRE VSE Series is crafted to effectively perform essential operations, and can be adapted for a variety of surgical and examination procedures.”

DRE VSE 2050 Series veterinary surgery tables support up to 400 pounds, are designed for operating ease and have a tilt-top mechanism. Veterinary surgeons can choose between three configurations: The DRE VSE 2050-EL electric surgery table, which lowers to 12” and raises to 44”; the DRE VSE 2050 electric surgery table, which lowers to 19” and raises to 42”; and the DRE VSE 2050-HL hydraulic foot pump surgery table, which lowers to 19” and raises to 44”.

Economically-priced DRE VSE 2000 and DRE VSE 2000FT surgery tables have hydraulic lift mechanisms and are perfect for a variety of surgical and examination procedures. They lower to 29” and raise to 37”, lock in any position, and feature a heavy-duty, large-diameter base that revolves 360°.

DRE VSE 2150 Series veterinary exam tables are sturdy, dependable and lift up to 400 pounds. They feature three full extension drawers and a large cabinet with one adjustable shelf. They are available in a variety of tops and lengths, and measure 36” in height.

The DRE VSE 2200-42DE weigh/exam table supports up to 400 pounds and features a flush stainless steel top. It comes with a precise scale that includes a metric conversion display, a motion weight average function and a positive overload stop. It also features four full extension drawers and a large cabinet, measures 42” in length and 24” in width, and is 36” tall.

Sturdy, dependable DRE VSE 2250 Series veterinary exam tables lift up to 400 pounds. They feature large knee space, four full extension drawers and a large cabinet. Veterinarians can choose from a variety of tops and lengths, and can purchase DRE VSE 2250 Series tables with an optional waste push-thru flap in the cabinet door.

The DRE VSE 2300 battery-pack multipurpose transporter provides extra versatility and is great for emergency surgery, treatment and preparatory procedures. It lifts up to 450 pounds, is constructed of seven-gauge steel, and features 3”, two-position locking casters.

With its smooth lifting and lowering function, the DRE VSE 2350 electric exam table lowers to 12” and raises to 37”. It can lift up to 300 pounds and has a 22” x 44” stainless steel top. Its frame is constructed of seven-gauge steel, and DRE Veterinary furnishes it with a duplex electric outlet, floor levelers and tie downs.

Each DRE VSE Series table includes a five-year warranty, while some table components—such as motors, actuators, hydraulic pumps and scales—have warranties of different lengths. Veterinarians and veterinary surgeons can learn complete details and view images of each table at www.dreveterinary.com.
