Date:5/12/2009

DRE, a premier medical and surgical equipment supplier, now offers DRE ASM 6000 Series multi-parameter patient monitors that feature clinically-proven technology and crystal clear, high resolution displays.

(Vocus) May 12, 2009 -- DRE, Inc. — named a Company of the Year by Business First of Louisville — has expanded its diverse selection of patient monitors to include the DRE ASM 6000 and DRE ASM 6000 Pro, sleek patient monitors with high resolution color TFT displays.

“DRE ASM 6000 Series monitors provide everything you need in today’s demanding healthcare environment,” said Justin Jeffries, Marketing Director at DRE. “They are perfect for surgeons in office-based and ambulatory surgery centers.”

Each DRE ASM 6000 Series patient monitor measures non-invasive blood pressure, ECG (3/5 leads), respiration, dual temperature and SpO2. Configurations are available that measure EtCO2, and the DRE ASM 6000 Pro is available with anesthetic agent monitoring with automatic agent ID.

DRE ASM 6000 Series monitors are available with increasing and decreasing pulse tones; adult, pediatric and neonatal modes; and user-selectable screen formats and colors. Each monitor features a crystal clear display that is easy to see from long distances and sharp angles.

Mobile DRE ASM 6000 Series monitors have a rugged built-in handle and provide up to four hours of battery operation. Each monitor features trending and paperless USB data management, and is available with a built-in dual channel recorder.

DRE ASM 6000 Series monitors are the latest in DRE’s extensive patient monitor lineup, which includes the DRE Waveline Plus vital signs monitor, DRE Waveline Nano handheld pulse oximeter and DRE Tempo Series fetal monitors. DRE also offers the DRE Envoy PDM, a touchscreen central station, and the DRE Envoy TS, a telemetry system that integrates with multi-parameter patient monitors and ECG transmitters.

The DRE ASM 6000 patient monitor and DRE ASM 6000 Pro patient monitor are available now from DRE. Physicians and surgeons can learn more about each monitor, as well as other new and professionally refurbished medical products, by visiting www.dremed.com.
