Reamstown, PA (PRWEB) August 01, 2013

DORMA USA Inc. has significantly expanded its U.S. presence by acquiring Door Controls, Inc., one of the largest independent automatic door distributors in the nation. “The door industry continues to provide us with a strong platform and one in which we want to accelerate our capabilities to provide our customers innovative door technology and premium access solutions and services,” commented DORMA AME AREA President Wil VandeWiel. Reed Buettner, CEO of Door Controls added, “The combination of Door Controls, Inc. and DORMA provides an excellent strategic and cultural fit. We are thrilled to join the DORMA Group.”
