DC Derm Docs Exclusive: Vanquish, The Pain-Free Way to Lose Up to Two to Three Inches
Date:9/11/2013

Washington, D.C. (PRWEB) September 11, 2013

Finally! For those who want to drop a dress size or more, a procedure that offers liposuction-like results without surgery. Vanquish is a brand new, pain-free and non-invasive procedure that vanquishes fat, helping patients lose up to two to three inches -- or more -- without downtime. DC Derm Docs' Dr. Dale Isaacson and Dr. Marilyn Berzin are among the first doctors in the DC area to offer Vanquish.

“This is the most effective fat reduction procedure we’ve ever seen,” says Dr. Berzin. Dr. Isaacson adds, “It’s quick, pain-free and the results are long-lasting.”

Vanquish targets the stomach and flanks (aka love handles). Treatment requires four 30-minute sessions spaced a week apart for maximum results. Some patients notice a visible difference after the first treatment, but after the fourth session, the average person loses up to two inches or more from their waistline.

Vanquish is the first body contouring treatment that incorporates “focused-field radio frequency” to destroy fat without touching the patient’s body. Here’s how it works: With the patient lying comfortably on a table, Vanquish heats the skin to 101 degrees and the underlying fat slightly warmer. Sensors customize the amount of energy needed to zap the fat, which melts off and is eliminated naturally. Because Vanquish destroys fat cells themselves and not just the fat found inside cells, results are long lasting. Drinking eight glasses of water before and after the procedure helps the machine target and eliminate the fat. Side effects are minimal and can include mild redness and swelling. Compare that to invasive surgeries like liposuction or Cellulaze, which require surgery, multiple incisions, anesthesia and an extended recovery.
