Cyberonics to Present at Piper Jaffray 20th Annual Health Care Conference

(Nasdaq: CYBX) today announced that Dan Moore, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Greg Browne, Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, will present at the Piper Jaffray 20th Annual Health Care Conference in New York on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at 1:00 PM EST. The conference session and webcast will be audio only and no formal slides will be presented. Piper Jaffray will host a webcast of the presentation live and by replay at http://www.piperjaffray.com/conferences.
