Date:7/12/2013

Savannah, GA (PRWEB) July 12, 2013

Crossroads Chiropractic, a chiropractic care and wellness center in Savannah, furthers its focus on educating patients in association with Maximized Living. Maximized Living is an initiative adopted by Crossroads Chiropractic to focus on educating patients with the tools they need to achieve optimal health so they can live free of medication and surgery. New events during the summer have open registration for patients.

Crossroads Chiropractic and Wellness Center in association with Maximized Living provides monthly health sessions geared at health improvement. Topics range from weight loss, exercise tips, nutritional advice, keeping resolutions and making healthy choices for life.

Maximized Living is a comprehensive health delivery system utilized by a network of hundreds of chiropractors and health care leaders. These doctors incorporate the 5 Essentials™ to identify root causes of health issues. The 5 Essentials™ are as follows: Maximized Mind, Maximized Nerve Supply, Maximized Quality Nutrition, Maximized Oxygen and Lean Muscle and Minimized Toxins. These 5 Essentials™ remove interferences and allow patients to build health rather than mask or treat problems with medications and surgery.

Patients can attend workshops and events to learn about the 5 Essentials™ all summer long. During July there is a community dinner and workshops on raising healthy families. Patients can register for these events on the Maximized Living/Crossroads Chiropractic website, http://www.maximizedlivingdrdomanski.com/.
