CrossFit East Cobb Fuels Their Intense Workouts with All-Natural EnergyFirst Supplements
Date:7/22/2014

Manhattan Beach, CA (PRWEB) July 22, 2014

The physical demands of Crossfit are extreme — high-intensity interval training, olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, kettleball lifting, calisthenics, and strongman exercises are all part of a normal workout.

Jason Sobzcak, co-owner of CrossFit East Cobb, Crossfit studio in Georgia chooses EnergyFirst’s products because extreme workouts like these require high quality supplementation.

"I’m on the Paleo diet so I need to take in about 160 grams of protein a day," Sobzcak said. "I’ve been using EnergyFirst’s ProEnergy for about four years now. I like that it’s sourced from free range, grass-fed cows. There’s nothing artificial and that also means no unhealthy sweeteners. As a bonus, for such a high quality product, it’s priced very reasonably. I use two scoops after my own workouts to aid my recovery."

CrossFit East Cobb promotes EnergyFirst’s ProEnergy whey protein and other EnergyFirst products, such OmegaEnergy Oil and Prefuel, because they are hormone-free and 100 percent natural.

"We like the all-natural profile of each product," Sobzcak added. "Whey sourced from grass-fed cows, fish oil from deep water fish for OmegaEnergy Fish Oil, and the all-natural, sugar-free ingredient profile of Prefuel."

He also says that Prefuel amps him up with great mental focus for his workouts without jitters or crashing. "Chris Sims, co-owner and a special forces sergeant first class in the Maryland Army National Guard, and I both used this product on the Pinhoti 100 mile ultramarathon last November," Sobzcak stated.

"We wholeheartedly recommend EnergyFirst’s products to all our clients," Sobzcak shared. "EnergyFirst creates products we believe in and it’s something we carry with pride in our studios."

Gerry Morton, CEO of EnergyFirst, agrees that active individuals and athletes all require quality, all-natural supplementation. "The demands of people who engage in physical activities, especially activities like these, require more protein, vitamins, and other nutrients than the average person," he said. "We are proud to offer these athletes the highest quality products that are always 100 percent natural."
