Critigen Managed Services Announces Implementation of ServiceNow for IT Service Automation

Critigen, Managed Services – a Global leader providing “IT as a Service,” today announced it has successfully completed implementation of the ServiceNow IT Service Automation Application Suite to help Critigen clients automate and standardize their IT processes across the enterprise.

The new Critigen ITSM platform will now offer:

  •     Access for all users to a customized IT service portal branded with their own corporate look and feel
  •     Easy-to-use GUI so end users can submit and track trouble tickets
  •     The latest ITSM features tracking all trouble ticket and IT service management activities
  •     Workflow, Service Catalog and Financial Auditing tools
  •     Ability to track service quality that will assist in the remediation of recurring problems
  •     Access to prebuilt reports in virtually any format
