Creative Visions Acquired by Interactive Holdings
Date:12/17/2008

We'll now have access to additional resources and expertise as we continue to grow the business and improve the service we offer to clients."

"Allin Foulkrod and his team have built an outstanding organization," said Bob Befus, CEO of Interactive Holdings. "It speaks to the strength of the creative talent in the Triangle area to have such a strong company based in Raleigh. They have an excellent reputation in the industry, which is evidenced by their impressive client list and the large, high profile projects they have been awarded this year. They'll be a great compliment to our existing portfolio companies."

Creative Visions will continue to operate under its current name with no interruption of service to customers. They'll follow the same model used with other Interactive Holdings acquisitions, allowing incumbent leadership and staff to continue to operate the business.

"The Interactive Holdings business model is simple and effective," Befus added. "We find strong entrepreneurial leaders like Allin who are running successful businesses within our target markets. We free those leaders from the administrative burdens of running their businesses, allowing them to focus their creativity and unique abilities on customers. Our model has worked exceptionally well to date and we expect to see similar results with Allin and his great team at Creative Visions."
