Crdentia Announces Promotion of Penny Kirsch to Vice President of Human Resources

DALLAS, Nov. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Crdentia Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: CRDT), a leading healthcare staffing company, today announced the promotion of Ms. Penny Kirsch to Vice President of Human Resources, effective immediately. Ms. Kirsch was previously Human Resources Manager for Crdentia and will continue to report to John Kaiser, CEO. In her role, Ms. Kirsch will be responsible for all human resources operations for 135 internal employees and over 2,000 field staff working out of 21 office locations.

In addition, Penny has proven her leadership abilities in successfully managing the full integration of seven acquisitions; including the recent acquisitions of ATS Health Services and Medical People Healthcare Services, Inc.," said John Kaiser. Before joining Crdentia in 2005, Ms. Kirsch was Human Resources Manager for six years with a travel nurse staffing company in Charlotte, NC, with approximately 150 employees. Previously, Ms. Kirsch was the Charlotte Regional HR Manager at Sundance Rehabilitation, a division of Sun Health Group and, prior to that ran the Customer Service Department for four years at RehabWorks, a provider of rehab services to the long-term care community.
