ATLANTA, April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), a leader in financial improvement software solutions for the U.S. healthcare market, today announced the appointment of Ronald Frank Verni as Non-Executive Director. Verni starts his appointment on May 1, 2009.
Verni was most recently CEO of Corrigo, Inc., a leading Software as a Service (SAAS) company focused on the service sector. Prior to this, he was president and CEO of Sage Software, Inc., and a member of the Board of Directors of the Sage Group plc. Under his leadership, the company grew from less than $160 million in revenue to over $1 billion, from under 1,000 employees to over 5,000, and from 1 million business customers to over 2.5 million. During his time with Sage, Verni also engineered over 20 acquisitions and oversaw their successful integration into the company.
