Cox Pools Educates Consumers on Using Hydrotherapy to Relieve Winter Aches
Date:3/1/2013

Panama City Beach, FL (PRWEB) March 01, 2013

Cox Pools, a leading inground swimming pool and spa builder in Northwest Florida, recently provided consumers with key information about the benefits of using hydrotherapy to relieve winter aches and a wide variety of other conditions. The company has an extensive selection of portable spas and hot tubs that are uniquely designed to loosens stiff muscles, increase flexibility, reduce inflammation, heal injured tissues, and relieve stress.

"Time spent in our hot tubs is like having your own personal masseuse," said Danielle Raffield of Cox Pools. "Hot tub therapy is beneficial for such a wide range of conditions and we are pleased that so many of our customers not only enjoy our hot tubs and spas, but use them for hydrotherapy to relieve their symptoms."

Hydrotherapy has also been known to reduce joint pain by reducing inflammation and increasing blood flow for individuals with rheumatoid arthritis. In addition, hydrotherapy reduces the effects of stress by increasing endorphin production, improving sleep and preventing headaches. Hot tub hydrotherapy is also reported to improve blood sugar levels in patients with diabetes, lower blood pressure, and reduce symptoms for individuals with multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, tendonitis, scoliosis, carpal tunnel syndrome and bursitis.

In those with upper respiratory infections, asthma, colds, influenza, bronchitis, and pneumonia, hot tub sessions help to open airways and help white blood cells circulate to the affected areas, promoting healing and increasing respiration. For more information about the benefits of hydrotherapy in a Cox Pools hot tub or to view their wide selection of spas, hot tubs and swimming pools, visit the company's website at http://www.coxp
