Cosmetic Bootcamp University New York Deemed 'A Huge Success'
Date:10/12/2009

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The inaugural Cosmetic Bootcamp University for residents and fellows in aesthetic specialties was called an unqualified success by those that attended. According to the residents and fellows that attended, the meeting was a great learning opportunity and it demonstrates the commitment to teaching by The Cosmetic Bootcamp LLC and its corporate partners. Attendees came from many different locations hear Dr. Kenneth Beer, Dr. Doris Day and Dr. Patricia Wexler speak, as well as to see them treat patients with various soft tissue augmentation products and botulinum toxins. According to Dr. Beer, the reason for the success of the program is the excellence of the faculty as well as the relevance of the content which fills an unmet educational need in residency and fellowship training.

The program, which is the first of its kind, will be followed by similar programs in Chicago (Chaired by Dr. Mary Lupo) and San Francisco (Chaired by Dr. Vic Narurkar). As with the New York programs, it is anticipated that these will be sold out.

Sponsored by Allergan (AGN), Medicis (MRX) and Bioform (BFRM), this unique program enables residents and fellows to interact with leaders in their fields.

In 2010, the program will expand to Cosmetic Bootcamp University symposia with basic and advanced curricula offered.

The Cosmetic Bootcamp LLC is the leader is specialty training and has programs for Marketing and Management (Boca Raton, December 2008) and Live Injections/ Didactic (June, The Broodmoor, Colorado). For information about registering for any of the meetings or sponsorship opportunities, please contact www.cosmeticbootcamp.com
