Cosmetic Bootcamp Solidifies Lead as Investor Symposium for Aesthetic Medicine
Date:10/16/2007

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The Cosmetic Bootcamp LLC is pleased to announce that its Aesthetic Investment Symposium, held at its annual Cosmetic Bootcamp Summer meeting, has become the de facto leader not only in training specialists in aesthetic medicine and surgery, but also as one of the prime sources of information for venture capitalists and investment bankers. A recent Wall Street Journal article mentioned that the meeting and its relevance to the investment community has "created another spike in interest in the meeting" according to Dr. Vic Narurkar, a founder. According to Dr. Kenneth Beer, "This has engendered increased interest among corporate sponsors who want to insure participation in the most relevant meeting in our industry." Recently, there has been a surge of registration for the meetings' December Marketing and Management Symposium in Las Vegas. Dr. Mary Lupo reports that the summer meeting is also ahead of its milestones for corporate sponsorship and attendance. Already attending or planning to attend the meetings are sponsors including Allergan (AGN), Medicis (MRX), Johnson and Johnson (JNJ), Procter and Gamble (PG), Palomar (PMTI), Artes (Arte), Bioform and many privately held companies.
