WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- The Cosmetic Bootcamp, LLC announces that its annual marketing and management symposium for core cosmetic physicians and their office staff will begin on Dec. 11, 2008. Despite a weak economy, the meeting has seen strong attendance and industry sponsorship.
