Corporate Teams Score Points for Healthy Eating

MIDLAND, Mich., Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Employees will score big and adopt lifelong healthy behaviors with Health Enhancement Systems' (www.HealthEnhancementSystems.com) workplace wellness program based on social support principles.

The online program, 5 on 5 (www.5on5.com), focuses on ways to eat better through simple daily habits wrapped in an exciting basketball tournament format. Participants form teams of 5 and compete virtually against other corporate teams in a company setting.

The simple-to-use software rewards participants with flashy online "baskets" and "dunks," even "free throws," as points are logged. The program tracks team standings in tournament play for 6, 8, or 12 weeks.
