Cornerstone Solutions Merges with Logan Consulting

Cornerstone Solutions, a Chicago, IL based Microsoft Gold Certified partner, today announced it will merge with its parent company Logan Consulting, a Chicago IL based consulting and technology firm, effective January 1, 2010.

(PRWEB) January 25, 2010 -- Cornerstone Solutions, a Chicago, IL based Microsoft Gold Certified partner, today announced it will merge with its parent company Logan Consulting, a Chicago IL based consulting and technology firm, effective January 1, 2010. Logan Consulting is a leading provider of strategic technology consulting services, serving clients across North America, Europe and Asia since 1992. Under the new structure, Cornerstone Solutions will become the Microsoft Application Group within Logan Consulting. The new structure supports the overall firm’s customer-driven strategy of providing customers with complete and integrated service offerings and trusted business advice.

The new Microsoft Application Group, one of the most profitable groups within Logan Consulting, will continue to operate out of the Chicago offices. The merger will have minimal impact on existing client relationships and engagements, and all employees will be retained. The customer-focused restructuring of Logan Consulting is the latest effort to ensure the firm continues to deliver the services and solutions customers demand.
