ds a doctorate degree in Natural Health and Holistic Nutrition from the University of Natural Health. A graduate of Stony Brook University and Rutgers University, Joy received Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in applied math and statistics. During these years, Joy (Enoch) Ohayia, achieved numerous accomplishments in the sport of Track and Field, earning four individual records for sprinting, one of which still remains unbroken over 25 years later. She continues to run three miles a day, even with her busy schedule, and is a nationally ranked sprinter with the master's division of the USATF (USA Track and Field).
